Nicole is a Ph.D. student in the Clinical Psychology Program at Hofstra University. Her research examines how caregiver beliefs, systemic barriers, and culturally responsive adaptations influence the delivery and uptake of evidence-based treatments among minoritized families. She aims to adapt and disseminate interventions to improve access, engagement, and equity in youth mental health services.
