Chenelle Miller


Chenelle is a Ph.D. student in the Clinical Psychology Program at Hofstra University. Her broad research interest include: the role of executive function in fostering resilience, the importance of the socio-ecological network (individual, family, school) in buffering/exacerbating risk, and youth-informed mental health interventions to increase adherence and retention. Chenelle's current research examines the effects of adversity on racial/ethnic minority risk for psychopathology. She also studies how youth emotion regulation and coping strategies build resilience.
